Grand Theft Auto V is an action adventure game developed by Rockstar North in 2013 and published by Rockstar Games. It is the first major product in the Grand Theft Auto series since 2008. Grand Theft Auto IV. A player’s story takes place in the fictional state of San Andreas in Southern California and follows three criminals and their efforts under the pressure of the authorities and powerful criminal robberies to commit. The open-world design allows players to move freely through the open-air village of San Andreas and the fictional city of Los Santos in Los Angeles.

It is played from the perspective of a third or first person and its world is moved on foot or by vehicle. The players control the three main characters by individual players and switch between them during and outside of missions. The story focuses on heistic sequences, and many of the tasks involve photography and driving games. The “requested” system controls the aggression of police reactions to players who commit crimes. Grand Theft Auto Online, an online multiplayer game, allows up to 30 players to participate in a variety of collaborative and competitive situations.

Game development began shortly after the release of Grand Theft Auto IV and was shared by many rock star studios around the world. Influenced by many previous projects such as Red Dead Redemption and Max Payne 3, the development team designed the game using three main characters to introduce it to the underlying structure of its predecessors. Much of the development work involved creating an open world, and several team members conducted fieldwork across California to take pictures of the design team.
